The Case Study: Evo Haven

The Problem Evo Haven was entering the market as a first-of-its-kind shipping container home development in the Atlanta, GA area—an innovative concept with no existing audience, no brand recognition, and a clear sales objective: move every plot of land across three distinct home designs.

The Insight Selling something unfamiliar requires more than awareness—it requires belief. The campaign couldn't just introduce Evo Haven to the market. It had to make people see shipping container homes not as unconventional, but as aspirational. The creative had to do the work of shifting perception before it could drive a purchase decision.

The Solution Working directly alongside the CMO, I helped develop and lead the full campaign strategy for Evo Haven's market entry. I translated the brand vision into executable creative across every channel—conceiving and producing billboard campaigns, and directing a team of creatives responsible for flyers, infographics, social media content, and television commercials. Every deliverable was built to serve the same campaign platform, ensuring the brand showed up consistently whether someone encountered it on the highway, their feed, or their television.

The Impact Evo Haven launched with a cohesive, multi-channel brand presence in a competitive market. The campaign created visibility and desire for a product category most buyers had never considered—supporting the sales goal of fully selling out the development's available plots across all three home designs.

The Case Study: Client Portals

The Problem Client communication was living in email threads. Documents—contracts, proposals, purchase orders—were buried across inboxes and disconnected SharePoint sites, creating friction for both internal teams and the clients they served. Every request meant a search. Every search meant lost time.

The Insight The problem wasn't just disorganization—it was that clients had no dedicated space that reflected the professionalism of the relationship. Internal teams were compensating for a structural gap by working harder, not smarter. A client-facing platform wouldn't just reduce email traffic—it would elevate the entire client experience.

The Solution I conceived and led the design of a centralized client portal—a dedicated, client-facing platform where repeat clients could submit RFPs directly into the CRM, access MSAs, terms and conditions, past and current proposals, and view all submitted purchase orders in one place. I identified the need independently, built the vision, and drove it forward from concept through execution.

The Impact What had been discussed but never built became a functioning system. Internal teams no longer search through email chains for critical documents. Clients have a professional, organized home for every touchpoint in the relationship—shifting the experience from reactive communication to structured partnership.

The Case Study: Sales Hub

The Problem Our sales team was losing time, consistency, and momentum—not because of effort, but because of friction. Tools, resources, and critical information were scattered across platforms with no single source of truth. Every rep was navigating a different version of how to work.

The Insight Disorganization isn't just an operational problem—it's a brand and performance problem. When a team can't access what they need quickly and consistently, their client-facing work suffers. The fix wasn't more training. It was a better environment.

The Solution I designed and built a centralized Sales Hub—an internal platform that brought every critical resource into one intentional, navigable space. Opportunity forms, pipeline boards, CRM access, training materials, marketing collateral—all organized around how the team actually works, not how the tools were originally structured.

The Impact Sales teams across departments now operate from a single source of truth. Onboarding is faster, execution is more consistent, and the mental overhead of finding the right resource has been eliminated—freeing the team to focus on the work that actually moves the business forward.
